If you forget your OSSA QBANK password, you can securely reset it using your registered email. Follow the steps below to regain access.

STEP 1: ACCESS THE PASSWORD RESET PAGE

1. Go to the OSSA QBANK Login page: Click here to log in.

2. Click Forgot Password below the login form.

STEP 2: ENTER REGISTERED EMAIL

1. Enter the email address associated with your OSSA QBANK account.

2. Click Submit / Reset Password.

An email will be sent to your inbox with a password reset link.

STEP 3: OPEN PASSWORD RESET EMAIL

1. Open your email inbox and locate the password reset email from OSSA QBANK.

2. Click the Reset Password button in the email.

This will open the password reset page automatically.

STEP 4: ENTER NEW PASSWORD

1. Enter a new secure password.

2. Confirm the new password by entering it again.

3. Click Save / Submit to update your password.

STEP 5: LOGIN WITH NEW PASSWORD

1. Return to the OSSA QBANK Login page.

2. Enter your email and new password.

3. Click Login to access your dashboard.
