CREATING QUESTION PAPERS IN OSSA QBANK

OSSA QBANK

 allows teachers to create professional, ready-to-print question papers in just three simple steps. Follow this guide to generate, design, and export papers seamlessly.


STEP 1: GENERATE QUESTIONS

Easily build your question bank by selecting the required parameters:

  • Board

  • Language

  • Class

  • Subject

  • Chapter

  • Question Type – Multiple Choice, Subjective, True/False, Fill in the Blanks

  • Difficulty Level – Easy, Moderate, Hard

After selecting parameters, click Generate. OSSA QBANK will instantly create a set of questions matching your criteria.


STEP 2: DESIGN YOUR PAPER

Once you have your questions, design the paper as per your requirements:

  1. Enter Paper Details

    • Paper Title

    • Exam Duration

    • Instructions for Students

  2. Load Questions using the parameters from Step 1.

  3. Click the “+” icon to insert questions into your paper.

  4. Customize Your Paper

    • Assign marks to each question

    • Create multiple sections (e.g., MCQs, Subjective, True/False)

    • Add section descriptions if required

  5. Save Your Paper once the structure is complete.


STEP 3: EXPORT & PRINT

Finalize your paper and prepare it for distribution:

  • Branding (Optional): Add your institution’s name, logo, and address using the Edit Brand option. This can be updated either at print time or via the settings.

  • Export Options: Download the paper in DOCX or PDF format.

  • Standard Layout: Papers are automatically formatted to A4 size for professional printing.
