CREDITS & PAYMENTS

LOGIN 

1. Open your browser and click here to log in to OSSA QBANK.

2. Enter your login credentials to access OSSA QBANK.

3. If you do not have an account, click here to register and create a new account.

Only registered users can buy credits, track usage, or view payment history.

2. BUYING CREDITS

1. From the Sidebar Menu, click Credits → Buy Credits.

2. Select a credit package based on your requirement.

3. Choose a payment method:

   • UPI

   • Internet Banking

   • Credit/Debit Card

   • EMI Options

4. All payments are securely processed via Razorpay.

5. Complete the payment process.

6. Once the transaction is successful, credits will be added to your OSSA QBANK account.

⚠️ Payment Verification:

• If credits are not reflected or payment fails, click the Help Center icon in the sidebar to raise a support ticket. OSSA support will confirm the payment and transfer the credits.

3. CREDITS USAGE

1. Navigate to Sidebar Menu → Credits → Credits Usage.

2. Track how your credits are used when generating questions and papers.

3. View usage details per paper, including the number of credits consumed.

This helps plan credit usage efficiently and ensures you do not run out during exam preparation.
